Filters







1. Date Range: You can select the range date of the report. Available range dates are:
    1.1. Today: Choose this if you want to only retrieve today Sales Order Report.
    1.2. Yesterday: Choose this if you want to retrieve yesterday Sales Order Report.
    1.3. Last 7 Days: Choose this if you want to retrieve last 7 days Sales Order Report.
    1.4. Last week (Sun-Sat): Choose this if you want to retrieve last week Sales Order Report.
    1.5. Last business week (Mon-Fri): Choose this if you want to retrieve last business week Sales Order Report.
    1.6. This Month: Choose this if you want to retrieve this month Sales Order Report.
    1.7. Last Month: Choose this if you want to retrieve last month Sales Order Report.
    1.8. Custom Range Date: Choose this if you want to retrieve Sales Order Report based on your selection date.
    2. Date Start: You can choose your desired start date to retreive the Sales Order Report.
    3. Date End: You can choose your desired end date to retreive the Sales Order Report.
Note: There are two types of date ranges - the preformatted ones and the custom.

4. Show By: You can choose how you want the report to be presented in several formats.
    4.1. Day
    4.2. Week
    4.3. Month
    4.4. Quarter
    4.5. Year

5. You can choose data to be shown on the chart:
    5.1. Total
    5.2. Subtotal
    5.3. Number Of Orders
    5.4. Items Ordered

6. Order Status: You can choose which Order Status that you want to be shown for the reports (If left blank, it uses the ALL as a default) :
    6.1. Incomplete
    6.2. Pending
    6.3. Processing
    6.4. Shipped
    6.5. Canceled
    6.6. Completed
    6.7. Denied
    6.8. Canceled Reversal
    6.9. Failed
    6.10. Refunded
    6.11. Reversed
    6.12. Chargeback

7. Click on the FILTER button to apply the selected parameters for each report.

8. Export To: You can export the reports to several Formats:
    8.1. HTML
    8.2. PDF
    8.3. CSV
    8.4. Xls
    8.5. Xlsx


9. Enter the product name that you want to know how many sales are made during the selected period. When you enter an alphabet, you will be shown an autocomplete.

10. Select the category or subcategory name from the dropdown to get the sales by category data.

11. Enter the number of products you want to show as the bestseller product.

12. Select the (sub)category that you want to use as the special product filter.

13. Select the manufacturer that you want to use as the special product filter.

14. Select the product name that you want to use as the special product filter.
