Columns Defined :
1. Coupon Code: Is the coupon code that was used.
2. Coupon Name: Is the coupon name that was applied to order.
3. Numbers Of Orders: The number of orders that use the coupon code based on the Order Status selected - default is ALL.
4. Items Ordered: The numbers of items that use the coupon code.
5. Subtotal: Is the Subtotal from the orders/invoices that use the coupon code.
6. Shipping: Is the Shipping cost from the orders/invoices that use the coupon code.
7. Discount (Coupon): Is the Discounts from the orders/invoices that use the coupon code.
8. Tax: Is the Tax from the orders/invoices that use the coupon code.
9. Total: Is the Total from the orders/invoices that use the coupon code.
