Columns Defined :
1. Region/State: Is the customer region/state.
2. Numbers Of Orders: The number of orders based on customer region or state and based on the Order Status selected - default is ALL.
3. Items Ordered: The numbers of items based on customer region or state.
4. Subtotal: Is the Subtotal from the orders/invoices based on customer region or state.
5. Tax: Is the Tax from the orders/invoices based on customer region or state.
6. Shipping: Is the Shipping cost from the orders/invoices based on customer region or state.
7. Discount (Coupon): Is the Discounts from the orders/invoices based on customer region or state that use the coupon code.
8. Total: Is the Total from the orders/invoices based on customer region or state.
