This extension is ONLY for Canadian sellers and buyers. It uses the Interac e-transfer solution . It is ideal for a micro business, or any Canadian business wanting to reduce their payment transaction costs as this is a NO FEE banking solution.

Interac e-Transfer captures the email address of the customer and retains it within the order platform. Admin needs to open their Interac banking app and send the email payment request to the customer. It works for both Interac accounts that are configured for Auto-Deposit of Received Payments or for manual receipt requiring a password exchange.

Incomplete Order lets you send email notification to customers that didn’t complete their order(s).

Allows store admin to send reminder emails to customers who have not completed an order. See our Order Creation Flow Chart here.

Admins can reduce incomplete orders by reminding customers they didn’t finish and allowing them to tell you why so you can improve any issues you may not be aware of from a customer viewpoint.

The free version from hCaptcha will be adequate for most of AbanteCart users.   It provides for free up to one million requests per month.  The Free level presents a human challenge that is a picture image which is easy for anyone to make correct selections.

FedEx Integration an enhanced FedEx extension that supports all rates, including Dimensional Weight and Oversize Package Surcharges.

The default-FedEx that comes with the AbanteCart install works for a lot of businesses.  But for our managed clients who had special needs, needed a more robust solution.

FedEx Integration:  Shipper changes in their requirements are updated prior to implementation so your extension keeps working.

Plus these added features:

1. Additional Weight field to easily add standard packaging weight, rather than having to do it on each item.
2. Additional Fee field to add upcharge – can be fixed dollar amount or percentage of shipping rate.
3. If enabling Ship Product Individually but without having fixed price rates are calculated separately for that item based on weight or dimensions. If item is ordered with other items is it correctly added to total shipping fees, but not included in calculation of other items.
4. Works well with the default free shipping, default per item shipping, default flat rate shipping.
5. Uses FedEx address verification system to determine residential or commercial rate lookup on the checkout out page.
6. Allows the use of declared value of a shipment, including ability to set a Declared Nominal Value.
7. Ability to select Zip/Postal code(s) to offer local delivery service only. Local delivery service may be offered as free service or with a flat charge. Admin can show additional message in the checkout cart page to inform the customers about the local delivery service. Admin may choose to show just the local delivery service or all the shipping services offered for the selected Zip/Postal code(s).

Enhanced Editor with Image Manager for AbanteCart ecommerce

Enhanced Editor with Image Manager replaces the default editor with additional features such as Text Alignment, Font Color, Spell Check As You Type, and many more.

An editor toolbar has been added to the product blurb field. NOTE: Blurb editor is only found on the General Edit page, not on the Quick View page.

Also included is an image manager to easily manage the images that you want to use in the description. Easy uploads and organization by folder.

Our clients missed some of the former features in previous versions so we've brought them back plus a few extras.  And included an Image Manager to easily manage the images that you want to use in the description field.  It has easy uploads, including drag and drop;  and organization by folder.

Easy Slider for AbanteCart eCommerce 

Easy Slider provides an easier way to create and manage images for the banner slider. Responsive display. Easy color management for text and description.

Create the image only and add to the Banner Manager.  The text for color and position on the slide –  centered, left or right justified controlled for content by input into the Easy Slider General  tab.  The text for naming the slide and description  in easily changed on the slide in text fields rather than on the image. This also gives the ability to use multiple languages with each slide based on the selected language by the customer.

Coupon By Locations for AbanteCart eCommerce 

Coupon By Locations retains all the default coupon selections of categories and/or products but adds the ability to define coupon(s) usage based on location (s). On the storefront checkout process there is message box added as to the coupon(s) code that customer has qualified for. Only one coupon can be used, but customer can choose which one if there is a product discount and a free shipping they qualify for.

Customer Preferences helps you to add new preferences to customer account based on Customer Groups. Some examples of preferences might be a specific shipper,  or a specific service level, some specific delivery instructions,  if you are a wholesaler your customer might want to use their shipper account for paying, etc.   You can  choose if you want to show preferences in checkout shipping page, checkout confirm, fast checkout page, account invoice and order confirmation email or not.

Customer Group Auto Assigned for AbanteCart eCommerce 

Customer Group Auto Assigned helps you to auto assign a customer to the desired customer group when they register their account.
This can be beneficial if you have wholesalers or non-profits who will need tax exemption documents on file, or a group of customers that you want to offer specials too, perhaps students or crafters or something else that will benefit your business model. Using Customer Group Auto Assign gives you the ability to have unique registration page for each customer group that will assign those at registration to the preferred group.
• Each customer group has fields for Exempt from all Taxes, Approve New Customers, Email Activation for New Customers, Upload Tax Exemption Certificate, and the ability to use a separate email template with specific message for that group.
• You can allow customers to upload their tax exemption certificate and set the expiration date, if there is one. Admins (store owners) can manage them easily via the built-in tax exemption list.
• Customer can update their tax exemption certificate via customer information. They will see their latest uploaded certificate while the old ones are not removed from your server.
• You can use custom email template that was copied from the default email template so you can send different message if needed.
• There is no limit to the number of customer groups you can add to your store.

Cost Plus Changer for AbanteCart eCommerce 

Cost Plus Changer helps you to change multiple product cost at the same time.

• You can filter products by model, categories, manufacturers, vendor, product status or a combination of several filters.
• Using the Bulk changer, you can adjust the cost up or down by a fixed amount or a percentage.  Apply a rounding option and adjust the ending cost to a specified decimal e.g., price rounded to x.95 for 10.95, 11.95 etc.
• You can adjust the cost manually.
• Starting with AbanteCart v1.3.0 a cost for each option can be used.
• The extension also will automatically create a backup SQL file so you can anytime restore the previous or original cost.
